Commerce Prelim AD Review, Chinese Aluminum Foil Sold Below Normal Value (POR 2022-2023)

Commerce preliminarily finds that certain Chinese producers/exporters sold aluminum foil at less than normal value during April 1, 2022-March 31, 2023 (AD case A-570-053). The review is partially rescinded for select companies, interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
