Commerce Preliminary CVD Review, Chinese PVLT Tires, 2022 POR, Subsidies Confirmed

Commerce preliminarily finds countervailable subsidies were provided to Chinese producers and exporters of passenger vehicle and light truck tires during calendar year 2022 (case C-570-017). The review is simultaneously rescinded for 18 companies, interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
