Commerce Finds Mexican Rebar Dumped in AD Review Final Results (POR 2021-2022)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico was sold at less than normal value during the November 2021-October 2022 review period under case A-201-844. Final antidumping duty rates will be assessed on subject merchandise accordingly.
