Commerce Finalizes CVD Review on Korean Hot-Rolled Steel, Hyundai Steel & POSCO (POR 2021)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Hyundai Steel and POSCO received countervailable subsidies on hot-rolled steel flat products exported from South Korea during calendar year 2021. This final result under case C-580-884 will establish updated CVD cash deposit rates for the named producers.
