Commerce Issues Final LTFV Determination on Mattresses from Taiwan (A-583-873)

The U.S. Department of Commerce made a final affirmative antidumping determination that mattresses from Taiwan are sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, covering the POI July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023. Commerce also made a final affirmative critical circumstances determination in part, which can accelerate the imposition of duties retroactively.
