Commerce Finalizes CVD Review on Chinese Truck & Bus Tires (2022 POR)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that Chinese producers and exporters of truck and bus tires received countervailable subsidies during calendar year 2022 under case C-570-041. Final CVD rates established in this administrative review will be used to set duty assessments and cash deposit requirements going forward.
