Commerce Prelim AD Review, Diffusion-Annealed Nickel-Plated Steel from Japan (2022-2023)

Commerce preliminarily finds that Japanese producers/exporters sold diffusion-annealed, nickel-plated flat-rolled steel in the U.S. below normal value during May 2022-April 2023 (case A-588-869). The review is partially rescinded for companies whose review requests were timely withdrawn, interested parties may comment on the preliminary results.
