Commerce Finds Zero Dumping Margins for Thai Steel Pipe Exporters in AD Review (2022-2023)

Commerce concluded its AD administrative review (A-549-502) for POR March 2022-February 2023, determining that Saha Thai Steel Pipe and Thai Premium Pipe did not sell circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes in the U.S. below normal value. Both exporters are effectively subject to a zero dumping margin for the review period.
