Commerce Finds Countervailable Subsidies on Organic Soybean Meal from India (2021-2022 Review)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that countervailable subsidies were provided to Indian producers/exporters of organic soybean meal during the September 3, 2021-December 31, 2022 review period (case C-533-902). A partial rescission was also issued, interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
