Commerce Rescinds AD Review of Fresh Garlic from China (Jining Huahui), No Bona Fide Sale Found

Commerce determined that Jining Huahui International Co., Ltd. made no bona fide sale of fresh garlic during the November 2021-October 2022 review period, triggering rescission of the administrative review under AD case A-570-831. The rescission leaves existing antidumping duty rates in place for Huahui without revision.
