Commerce Affirms AD Circumvention, Chinese Garlic Chunks Pulled Into AD Order Scope

Commerce has issued a final affirmative circumvention determination finding that small and large garlic chunks from China are minor alterations of fresh garlic and therefore fall within the scope of the existing AD order (A-570-831). Suspension of liquidation applies retroactively to June 8, 2023.
