The U.S. Court of International Trade ruled that Commerce's regulatory basis for revoking antidumping duty orders on stilbenic optical brightening agents (OBAs) from Taiwan and China violated the Tariff Act of 1930, ordering reinstatement of the orders and full sunset reviews. Commerce will accept domestic producer Archroma's substantive response and begin reconducting sunset reviews on July 1, 2024.
