Commerce Initiates CVD Changed Circumstances Review on Canadian Softwood Lumber

The U.S. Department of Commerce is initiating a changed circumstances review (CCR) of the CVD order on certain softwood lumber from Canada (Case C-122-858) following a request from the COALITION lumber petitioner group. The review may result in modification or revocation of existing countervailing duty measures.
