Commerce Affirms CVD Orders on Pasta from Italy and Türkiye in Fifth Sunset Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded expedited fifth sunset reviews (cases C-475-819 and C-489-806) and determined that revoking countervailing duty orders on certain pasta from Italy and Türkiye would likely result in continuation or recurrence of countervailable subsidies. The CVD orders will remain in place.
