The U.S. Department of Commerce is proposing updates to its antidumping and countervailing duty regulations to codify existing procedures and revise provisions on cash deposit collection, NME duty rates, all-others rate calculation, respondent selection, and subsidy attribution for cross-owned input suppliers. The proposed rule aims to enhance administration of trade remedy laws under Title VII of the Tariff Act of 1930.
