Commerce Initiates CVD Changed Circumstances Review, TRAPA as Successor-in-Interest on Canadian Softwood Lumber
The U.S. Department of Commerce is initiating a changed circumstances review of the CVD order on certain softwood lumber products from Canada (case C-122-858) to assess whether TRAPA Forest Products Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Trans-Pacific Trading Ltd. The review was triggered by a request from TRAPA and will determine whether TRAPA inherits Trans-Pacific's existing CVD rate.
