Commerce Preliminary AD Review Finds Dumping of Turkish Rebar in U.S. Market (2022-2023)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that Turkish producers/exporters sold steel concrete reinforcing bar in the U.S. below normal value during July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023 (case A-489-829). Commerce is also rescinding the review for three companies with no U.S. Customs entry records, interested parties may submit comments.
