Commerce Finalizes CVD Review on Chinese PVLT Tires (2022), Countervailable Subsidies Confirmed

The U.S. Department of Commerce has finalized its countervailing duty administrative review (case C-570-017) for the 2022 period, confirming that countervailable subsidies were provided to Chinese producers and exporters of passenger vehicle and light truck tires. Final CVD rates established in this review will be applied to future entries from covered companies.
