Commerce Continues AD/CVD Orders on Chinese Truck & Bus Tires After Sunset Review

Following five-year sunset reviews, Commerce and the ITC determined that revoking AD/CVD orders on truck and bus tires from China would likely cause continued dumping, subsidization, and material injury to U.S. industry. The orders (A-570-040 / C-570-041) remain in force.
