Commerce Finds Zero Dumping Margins for Korean Cut-to-Length Steel Plate (POR 2022-2023)

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded that Korean producers and exporters of cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate did not sell subject merchandise below normal value during the February 2022-January 2023 review period. The zero-margin finding under AD case A-580-836 may affect antidumping duty cash deposit rates for covered exporters.
