Commerce Finds No Dumping of Korean Wind Towers in AD Review (2022-2023)

Commerce preliminarily determined that Korean utility scale wind tower exports were not sold below normal value during the August 2022-July 2023 review period under case A-580-902. The review is partially rescinded for companies with no entries of subject merchandise during the POR.
