Commerce Confirms Gruppo Milo as Successor-in-Interest to GRAMM in Italy Pasta AD Order
The U.S. Department of Commerce finalized its changed circumstances review (case A-475-818), determining that Gruppo Milo SpA is the successor-in-interest to GRAMM and will inherit GRAMM's existing antidumping duty cash deposit rate on pasta imports from Italy. This result maintains continuity of AD obligations under the existing order without adjustment to the deposit rate.
