Commerce Preliminary AD Review, Low Melt Polyester Staple Fiber from South Korea (2022-2023)

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that the sole reviewed producer/exporter sold low melt polyester staple fiber in the U.S. at less than normal value during August 2022-July 2023 (Case A-580-895). Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
