Commerce Finds GFCL Dumped Granular PTFE Resin from India in Final AD Review (2021-2023)

The U.S. Department of Commerce concluded that Gujarat Fluorochemicals Limited (GFCL) sold granular polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) resin in the U.S. below normal value during the September 2021-February 2023 review period under AD case A-533-899. Final antidumping duty assessment rates will apply to GFCL's U.S. entries for that period.
