Commerce Preliminary AD Review, Lined Paper from India Not Dumped in 2022-2023
The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that certain lined paper products from India were not sold below normal value during the September 2022-August 2023 review period under case A-533-843. Commerce is also partially rescinding the review for certain named companies, comments from interested parties are invited.
