Commerce Preliminary Review, Fresh Tomatoes from Mexico AD Suspension Agreement (2022-2023)

Commerce preliminarily finds that Bioparques de Occidente fully complied with the 2019 Agreement Suspending the AD Investigation on fresh tomatoes from Mexico for the POR Sept. 1, 2022-Aug. 31, 2023, while Agricola Globalmex partially complied. Post-preliminary review is pending for Globalmex and NatureSweet regarding additional information requests.
