Commerce Initiates CCR for Partial Revocation of AD Order on Taiwan Solar Products (A-583-853)
The U.S. Department of Commerce is initiating a changed circumstances review of the antidumping duty order on crystalline silicon photovoltaic products from Taiwan, following a request by Lutron Electronics Co. to revoke the order in part for certain small, low-wattage, off-grid CSPV cells. A partial revocation could exempt Lutron's specific product scope from existing AD duties under case A-583-853.
