Commerce Preliminary CVD Finding on Disposable Aluminum Containers from China (C-570-171)

The U.S. Department of Commerce has preliminarily determined that Chinese producers and exporters of disposable aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids receive countervailable subsidies, covering the 2023 POI. A critical circumstances finding was also made affirmative, and the final CVD determination will be aligned with the companion antidumping proceeding.
