Commerce Corrects AD Circumvention Ruling on PC Strand from Mexico to Add Liquidation Order

Commerce issued a correction to its September 2024 final affirmative circumvention determination for the AD order on prestressed concrete steel wire strand (PC strand) from Mexico (case A-201-831), restoring the omitted liquidation instruction for subject entries. The correction triggers liquidation of affected imports under the existing antidumping duty order.
