Commerce Affirms AD Orders on Stilbenic OBAs from China and Taiwan in Sunset Reviews

The U.S. Department of Commerce completed expedited second sunset reviews and determined that revoking antidumping duty orders on stilbenic optical brightening agents from China and Taiwan would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The AD orders (A-570-972, A-583-848) will therefore remain in place.
