Commerce Finds Dumping by Zhejiang Dingli in MAE AD Review (2022-2023)

Commerce determined that Zhejiang Dingli Machinery Co. sold mobile access equipment and subassemblies from China in the U.S. at below-normal value during April 13, 2022-March 31, 2023. Final antidumping duty rates will be assessed under case A-570-139.
