Commerce Finalizes AD Review on Chinese Aluminum Foil (POR 2022-2023)
The U.S. Department of Commerce found that certain Chinese producers/exporters sold aluminum foil below normal value during April 1, 2022-March 31, 2023 (case A-570-053). Commerce also rescinded the review for one company and issued a no-shipments determination for others.
