Commerce Confirms OCP S.A. Received CVD Subsidies on Morocco Phosphate Fertilizers (2022)

The U.S. Department of Commerce finalized its CVD administrative review (case C-714-001) for 2022, determining that Moroccan producer/exporter OCP S.A. received countervailable subsidies on phosphate fertilizer exports to the U.S. Final subsidy rates will be used to set updated cash deposit requirements.
