Commerce Confirms CVD Subsidies for Russian Phosphate Fertilizer Exporter JSC Apatit (2022)
The U.S. Department of Commerce found that JSC Apatit received countervailable subsidies during the January-December 2022 period of review under CVD case C-821-825. Final results will be used to set countervailing duty rates applied to phosphate fertilizer imports from Russia.
