Commerce Finds Countervailable Subsidies for Indian Aluminum Sheet Producers in 2022 Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce finalized its CVD administrative review (C-533-896) for 2022, determining that Hindalco Industries Limited and Manaksia Aluminium Company Limited received countervailable subsidies. The findings cover the full calendar year 2022 and will be used to set updated CVD cash deposit rates.
