Commerce Corrects CVD Admin Review Rates for Chinese Aluminum Extrusions (2013, Case C-570-968)

Commerce issued a correction to its 2013 CVD administrative review (preliminary, final, and amended final results) for aluminum extrusions from China to add omitted cash deposit and assessment rates for Guangzhou Mingcan Die-Casting Hardware Products Co., Ltd. The company had been inadvertently excluded from the original 2015-2016 notices under CVD order C-570-968.
