Commerce Preliminary AD Review, Mexican Rebar Exporters Found Dumping in 2022-2023

Commerce preliminarily determined that Deacero Group and TA 2000 sold steel concrete reinforcing bar from Mexico below normal value during November 2022-October 2023 (case A-201-844). The review is partially rescinded for certain companies, interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary findings.
