Commerce Affirms AD Order on Steel Racks from China in First Sunset Review

Commerce concluded that revoking the antidumping duty order (A-570-088) on certain steel racks and parts from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping. The order remains in place following this expedited first sunset review.
