Commerce Finalizes CVD Review on Organic Soybean Meal from India (2021-2022)

The U.S. Department of Commerce determined that countervailable subsidies were provided to producers and exporters of organic soybean meal from India during the September 3, 2021-December 31, 2022 review period. The findings under case C-533-902 will be used to set final CVD duty assessment rates for subject merchandise.
