Commerce preliminarily determined that BGH Edelstahl Siegen GmbH received countervailable subsidies on forged steel fluid end blocks exported to the U.S. during calendar year 2023 (case C-428-848). The review is partially rescinded with respect to one unnamed company, interested parties may submit comments.
