Commerce Prelim LTFV Finding, Disposable Aluminum Containers from China (A-570-170)

Commerce preliminarily finds that disposable aluminum containers, pans, trays, and lids from China are being sold in the U.S. at less than fair value, covering the POI October 1, 2023-March 31, 2024. A preliminary affirmative critical circumstances determination was also made, interested parties may submit comments.
