Commerce Finds Mexico Tomato Exporters Largely Compliant in 2021-2022 AD Suspension Review
Commerce concluded that Ceuta Produce and VALHPAC complied with the 2019 Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Duty Investigation on Fresh Tomatoes from Mexico during the Sep 2021-Aug 2022 review period, with only minor inadvertent violations noted. The 2019 Agreement itself was also found to meet applicable statutory requirements for the period.
