Commerce Amends CVD Order on Forged Steel Fluid End Blocks from Germany After CIT Ruling
Following a CIT final judgment sustaining Commerce's fourth remand redetermination in BGH Edelstahl Siegen GmbH v. United States, Commerce is amending countervailable subsidy rates for BGH Siegen, SWG, voestalpine Bohler, and all-others respondents under the CVD investigation covering 2018. The amended order applies to case C-428-848 for forged steel fluid end blocks imported from Germany.
