Commerce Partially Revokes AD Order on Vietnamese Frozen Fish Fillets (Vinh Hoan)

Commerce is partially revoking the antidumping duty order (A-552-801) on certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam for Vinh Hoan Corporation, following a US-Vietnam agreement resolving WTO dispute DS536. The revocation stems from a January 17, 2025 USTR-negotiated settlement of US anti-dumping measures challenged by Vietnam.
