Commerce Preliminarily Finds TRAPA Successor-in-Interest to Trans-Pacific in Canada Softwood Lumber CVD Order

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that TRAPA Forest Products Ltd. is the successor-in-interest to Trans-Pacific Trading Ltd. under the CVD order on Canadian softwood lumber (Case C-122-858). Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary results.
