Commerce Finds Dumping by Korea's Toray Advanced Materials in Low Melt PSF AD Review (2022-2023)

Commerce finalized the 2022-2023 administrative review of antidumping duty order A-580-895, determining that Toray Advanced Materials Korea (TAK) sold low melt polyester staple fiber in the U.S. below normal value. TAK was the sole respondent under review for the August 2022-July 2023 period.
