Following a January 28, 2025 Court of International Trade final judgment in Siemens Gamesa Renewable Energy v. United States, Commerce is amending its antidumping duty final determination and order for utility scale wind towers from Spain (POI: July 2019-June 2020). The amended dumping margin applies to the collapsed SGRE/Windar entity and all other producers and exporters of subject merchandise.
