Commerce Rescinds AD Review for Vinh Hoan on Frozen Fish Fillets from Vietnam (2022-2023)

Commerce has partially rescinded the 2022-2023 administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam (A-552-801) with respect to entries produced and exported by Vinh Hoan Corporation, following its partial revocation from the AD order on January 24, 2025. Vinh Hoan's entries are no longer subject to this review period.
