Commerce Rescinds AD Review for Vinh Hoan on Frozen Fish Fillets from Vietnam (2023-2024)

The U.S. Department of Commerce is rescinding the 2023-2024 antidumping duty administrative review (Case A-552-801) for Vinh Hoan Corporation following its partial revocation from the AD order on certain frozen fish fillets from Vietnam, effective January 24, 2025. Entries produced and exported by Vinh Hoan are no longer subject to the review.
