Commerce Preliminary Finds MSG Transshipped via Malaysia Circumvents China AD Order

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determined that MSG completed in Malaysia using Chinese-origin glutamic acid is circumventing the antidumping duty order on MSG from China (Case A-570-992). Interested parties may submit comments on the preliminary finding.
